SkinOut is a bot-operated CS2 marketplace that has been running since June 2023, registered as CSGOPLG Limitada in San José, Costa Rica. Items are deposited to its bots before they can be listed, which is what makes delivery instant and also what makes the platform, rather than a stranger, the counterparty.

SkinOut is worth a look for one reason: price. Its asking prices sit below the typical price for the same skins on the other marketplaces quoting them. That is a consistent discount across the whole catalogue, not a handful of cheap outliers dragging an average down.

The reason to be careful is everything else. The catalogue is small: 1,555 items against the 17,506 SkinVault lists, so for most skins the question of whether SkinOut is cheaper never arises. Its Trustpilot record is 3.3 from 89 reviews, and the distribution is the interesting part — 67% five-star against 29% one-star, with almost nothing in between, and no replies recorded to the negative ones.

It publishes no flat commission. Their own FAQ says the rate depends on the payment system chosen and is shown at checkout, which is honest as far as it goes but means the cost is not knowable in advance. Payments run through eight cryptocurrencies plus Visa and SBP, the Russian Fast Payment System — a combination that says plainly who the market is built for.
