- Adjusted rules for determining when to kick players due to team damage.

- Fixed a case where it was possible to get a slightly faster silent reload by tapping the reload button before holding it.
- Fixed a case where it was possible to use silent reload to fire shotguns faster than normal.

- Fixed a case where the AK-47 inspect animation sometimes popped.
